Our Business Promotional Video Production process involves the following:

Free Consultation

We get an overview of you and your business and subsequently advise you on approximate pricing and timescales. At this point you decide if you want to progress.

Detailed Consultation

We arrange a follow up meeting. This is where we listen, learn and understand your business ideas and vision in detail. We will also brainstorm a number of concepts with you at this stage. Planning is a key part of the process.

Budget and Schedule

Once we have agreed the detailed direction of your project, we will then prepare a definitive Costing Breakdown and Schedule of Content, Style, Location, Dates and Format of finished product.

The Production Process

Prior to filming we will devise basic storyboards and a "shoot list". We will need detailed input from yourselves in the staging and preparation of your business. We will advise on styling technique and lighting to ensure you maximize your promotional potential. Filming can take anything from 2 hours to 2 days depending on the size and budget of your project.

Post-Production

The editing process is the most time consuming but is also where the magic happens and where our creative expertise comes into its own.

This will incorporate use of all footage, installation of graphics, animation, voice over and music. We will work closely with you throughout this process.

Once this stage is complete and the video has been edited to your satisfaction we will provide the Video in a format of your choice, including internet versions which can be uploaded in conjunction with your web developer.
